By using KUMAAS’s website, you confirm that:

Ownership: All content on this site (logos, imagery, text, designs) is the exclusive property of KUMAAS and protected by copyright laws.

Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or handmade craftsmanship.

Pricing: Prices are listed in PKR and subject to change. Errors in pricing or descriptions may result in order cancellation (we’ll notify you promptly).

Order Confirmation: Your order is finalized once payment is processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

6. returns & exchanges

Policy: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Process: Email ahmeza@yahoo.com to initiate a return. Approved returns will receive store credit, exchanges, or refunds (minus shipping costs).

Final Sale: Clearance items, personalized products, or undergarments are non-returnable.

7. limitation of liability

KUMAAS is not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits) arising from product use or website issues.
Minor defects inherent in handcrafted, natural materials (e.g., organic fabric irregularities).
