Orders are hand-checked with care: Each piece is meticulously inspected, folded in our signature creme tissue paper, and prepared for shipment.

Processing: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require 7–10 business days (details noted on product pages).

Delays: Rare but possible due to high demand or craftsmanship checks. We’ll notify you immediately if timelines shift.
